Sweden will deploy its newest military helicopter, the American-built Sikorsky UH-60M Blackhawk, in Afghanistan from the first week of March 2013. It will be the first operational mission for the aircraft in Swedish military service, where it is known as Helikopter 16 (Hkp 16).
